- Engineering and Design works where the skids are made, ensuring seamless communication with the fabrication effort.
- Our skids are designed for fabrication, transport, erection, startup, and maintenance. Every skid goes through a rigorous multidiscipline design review prior to fabrication, leaving nothing to chance or expediency.
- Your project manager will communicate closely to ensure the skid is designed sensibly with the rest of the facility in mind.
- Don’t stress about stress — our engineering team ensures nozzles, piping, and skid steel are within code and equipment limits. This is provided on every skid without charge.
Our Roadmap for Your Project
1. Performance Specification
Required duty or capacity of equipment as determined by process calculations.
2. Equipment Rating
Detailed sizing and specifications for the equipment, making it ready to quote.
3. Requisitioning
Includes data sheet and Request-For-Quote (RFQ) development, as well as technical and commercial bid evaluations and final Purchase Order (PO)
4. Inspection and Factory Acceptance Test
Periodic inspections during manufacturing, culminating in a final acceptance test before equipment ships to customer site.
5. Packaging
Combining equipment with structural skids, piping, and controls for turnkey operation on-site.
6. Commissioning
Installation and startup support to ensure equipment skid is running properly and safely.
7. Final data and compliance
Organized final data book, ensuring contract compliance and necessary documentation for future maintenance and troubleshooting.
